Kids Say the Darndest Things
Playing this weekend and next is the Green Earth Player's production of Kids Say the Darndest Things. "I would like a pony" is just one of the many lines kids say in this three act play directed by LaDonna VanAartsen, accompanied by Sue Sandbulte, assistant directed by Cheryl Nath, choreographed by Heidi Sandbulte and assisted by a whole bunch of others. My daughter Kate is in the play, do doubt following in her mother's footsteps. Brenda was in a Green Earth Players play over 20 years ago. Having been at several dress rehearsals has made me appreciate the time and effort that has gone into putting this play on. LaDonna is to be commended to for her patience with a cast of 50 that was made up of, as you might expect, kids! Well done cast & crew!
